Subdivisions

Our staff can provide advice, plans and all requirements regarding small, medium and large subdivisions.  Our team can provide advice from the initial planning stage through to the registration of plans of subdivision at Land Use Victoria.  Our company has extensive knowledge regarding dual occupancy developments, multi lot buildings and green acre subdivisions.  Our staff are up to date with the latest Regulations, Legislation and requirements regarding subdivision, and where possible subdivision applications are submitted, managed and approved through SPEAR.
