Originally established in 1971 in Main Street, Greensborough, Lawlor and Loy Victoria Pty. Ltd. now have offices in Epping and Wallan and offer services across Metropolitan Melbourne and Rural Victoria.

Our staff have been and continue to be members and representatives of various Associations and Bodies, including Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria, Consulting Surveyors Victoria and the Institute of Surveyors Victoria.  We take pride in servicing a vast array of clients from private property owners through to large municipal councils and development organizations.

Having an office in the Greensborough area for over 45 years, and the current Director living in the Wallan area for nearly 40 years, our office has extensive historical knowledge of both areas.  Our staff can provide advice regarding current and historical changes to Local and State Government Policies and Legislation.

Our dedicated team of Licensed Surveyors and staff take pride in providing quality advice, plans and information required to complete all types of projects.  Our team use the latest software and equipment including Robotic Total Stations and GPS to ensure that our work is to the highest standard.
